Having completed an apprenticeship as a Carpenter and Joiner I progressed into the management of building sites and maintenance crews before branching out operating my own Property Maintenance and upvc installation companies. Having now been based in Scarborough for the last 15 years we have grown to be a company with a reputation for honesty and quality.

 

Having spent the last 30 years heavily involved in the installation of Upvc windows, doors and roofline, I have gained a large knowledge of different systems, fittings and possible causes of defects. The last 10 years have been spent heavily involved in repairs but still installing lots of high quality products.

      

With repairs our aim is to be able to attend a customers call and be able to resolve most problems on the initial visit using the vast collection of parts carried on our service vehicle. Carrying out work for private individuals, Landlords and Housing Associations.
